have you ever wanted to learn how to sail?

We teach an “Intro to Sailing” group course! This hands on lesson will give you basic terminology, operation, & sailing maneuvers aboard our beautiful sailing vessel.

This is a great way to be introduced to the enjoyment, relaxation & excitement of sailing!

Things To Note:

The boat can hold up to 6 people besides the captain but keep in mind Little Bird is only 26ft so if you are planning on having 6 in your party you will be spread around the boat. The cockpit will seat 4 comfortably.

Kids : Children under 12 must wear lifejackets at all times. We do not provide children's sized lifejackets (we do have adult sizes). 

Restroom : There is a toilet on board for emergencies but we do suggest using the restroom before boarding your sail.

Swimming : If you are planning to swim or jump in the water during your sail you may want to bring towels, something to put any wet clothes in & dry clothing to change into!

Definite "No No's" : 

No Red Wine, however, you're more than welcome to bring any snacks/drinks that you'd like.

No Aerosol Sunscreen - we recommend sunscreen for our summer day sail guests but please do not bring any aerosol cans. 

No Shoes - any footwear can cause damage to the boat so we request that all shoes be removed before boarding. Plus it's easier to walk around barefoot! 

No Pets - pets are not allowed unless they are service animals and guests will also be required to supply a life jacket for their service animal.

No Illegal Substances Will Be Allowed On The Boat!
